Hi I was told that i should start an online journal to help me. I have a bit of a problem with eating to much almonds or almond butter. So everyday im going to post what i've eaten and other stuff. Everyday goes something like this: 6:00 am protein shake 8:30(after workout) 1/3 cup oatmeal, protein shake 10:30 can of tuna with egg whites 12:00 salad with flaxseed oil 2:30 chicken breast, egg whites 5:00 chicken breast 7:00 egg whites I also eat veggies during the day. And sometimes fruit but not usualy because i've heard it slows down fat loss a bit and im trying to loss fat. today i didnt follow that in fact i was way off i kinda lost track but tomorrow it is going to be strict.
