Adenergy by Optimum Nutrition - Wednesday, January 04, 2006 2:35 PM

I was at my local supplement shop and found a bottle of Adenergy by ON marked down by 75% and decided to give it a try.

Adenergy claims to....
  • Improves physical performance
  • Benefits muscle growth
  • Helps strengthen skeletal muscle
  • Supports recovery of fatigued muscle
  • Enhances vascular health and promotes blood flow to peripheral sites
  • Elevates tissue and blood ATP levels
It is a nice addition to add to any current stack.  It does have 40mg of caffeine in the Adenergizing blend along with Green, Black and White tea extracts.  Its great for energy & antioxidiants.  The extra caffeine provided didnt cause me any problems when i use this with a preworkout supplement that has caffeine in it.

Overall, it is a nice addition to any stack however at 30+ bucks a pop, along with any other supplements might make it harder on your wallet.  I got it for 10 bucks and will most likely wont get it again unless it is on sale. Energy and antioxidiants shouldnt be so expensive especially in a mass market.

Serving Size: 1 cap under 170lbs, 2 caps over 170lbs
    Servings Per Container: 90
Total Daily Servings: 2 caps under 170lbs, 3 caps over 170lbs
Supplement lasts: 45 days under 170lbs, 30 days over 170lbs
