Adding muscle.
-

I wanna get this straight. When you wanna add muscle/mass, do you do low reps with high weights or mabey high reps (10-14) with low weights. Plus - Could you be soooo nice to me to put up a list that says what time each muscle needs to recover. I do hope I get an answer soon BTW - Great site, it has been very helpful so far.

For me, I usually like to have it about 8 to 10 reps where thats all I can do. Its inportant to reach failure about there to bulk up. For that cut tone look you do higher reps, lower weight. I at least let the muscle group I work go 48 hours before I work it again... some might say longer but 48 hours is a safe spot in my opinion. Takinh the right amount of protein (1 gram to 1.5 gram per pound of body weight ) a day (around 3 shakes a day) will seriously help you bulk up in your work outs and will speed up recovery times. any more questions feel free to ask, this is what works for me (and most people) so keep asking around. Good luck

8-12 reps is fine you should really take a week out for each muscle
