Adding pull-ups - Wednesday, June 17, 2009 1:23 PM ( #1 )
I workout in our weight room at work.I do pull-downs,kick-backs,etc.I want to start doing pull-ups but there is no way to do it at work.I live fifty min. from work, can I wait that long to get home and do pull-ups or just not worry about the pull-ups?
I'm getting good results with my routine, but I like to change things up.
      Thanks for your help,

Yeah, when you get home do your pull-ups, they're a bodyweight movement so you can do them everyday.. but to be safe I'd probably just do them every other day.
