skierandy digging up a very old post here, but did anyone else try this with good results? is it worth a go maybe? also how much lower weight should i be looking at using if i can bench 70kg for say 6 reps. cheers Andy its not going to add 2" to your chest i 100% guarantee that

Flame away, but I didn't even bother to read this thread. Why on earth would you desire to add 2 inches to your chest in a day? What's the rush, man? Slow and steady wins the race. Sounds like a mix of being in too big of a rush, and yet having so much time on your hands you can d1ck around in the gym trying silly things. Good old fashioned hard work and for-ev-er! Nuff sed!

LOl... is this an old knock off of the add 2 inches to your bi's in a day... by working out every hour... I"m amazed that anyone would even post such a thread.. LOL
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

Well, I certainly got the flaming I asked for!!! What a ridiculous endeavor, IMHO!!!! ;) And, btw, I meant the 2 in chest thing was ridiculous, but perhaps my posting was ridiculous too.
