I have PAID to be a tester. I bought a 30 day beta test supply of ActivaTe and should get in the mail by early next week. I will start as soon as i receive it. I will post multiple times during the day on an array of different subjects. Here are a few stats and supps that i will also be taking during the testing.

I took some low res photos with my video camera that i use for netmeeting. I will take some good pixs at the end of this test. Marc, im not shaving my chest....well unless ActivaTe gives some great results....like my farmer tan?

ofcourse....lately it has been difficult to get a leg workout due to a sprained ankle suffered a few weeks back. Also im limited as far as exercises/equipment as i only have access to DB's and simple legs machines (extentions, curls). Plus i have been playing lots of hoops, 3-5 times a week and their more conditioned rather than muscular. Overall they arent small, check my measurements and these pix aren't that great.

My daily supplement/bodybuilding/cardio skeleton will consist of this....

Days where i will be doing cardio and a workout (mon-wed-fri-sat-sun)

Wake
1 serving ActivaTe (5 pills)

i've had 15 pills today so far and im not sure what to feel or when i will feel it, if any feeling is associated with this supp. I'm hoping to catch up with these other fine testers. I have read with Nitrix that it should amplify nutrient loading. So hopefully it will speed up the process a bit. Not sure. Did chest today and was amped. Mostly due to a new weight set. I did barbell bench for the first time in 6 years. I have been stuck with dumbbells and machine weights. I noticed the stablizer muscles are weak for barbell. With dumbbells the stablizer muscle are steady. I did 185lbs for 6 reps which isnt bad. I could have pushed out 10 but i didnt want to chance it without a spot. Once my stablizer muscles get stronger, i should be able to do much more.

The first dose in the morning is difficult. 5 pills of ActivaTe, 3 Nitrix, 2 Fish Oil, 3 servings of NO-Xplode and 1 serving of Emer'gen-C. Lots of water and supps. I feel queezy for a while until i get some other food/nutrients in, but i wait at least 30 minutes before i do.

I now have glucosamine & chondroitin to add to my supp mix. After shooting some hoop (1hr 30min) and going to Costco, i have been very tired. Super tired actually. Gunna sleep great tonight. ActivaTe has an very different taste/reflux.

What do you mean about burnt reflux? Like a burning sensation? Its kinda like fish oil reflux, when i get some gas feedback i can taste it.

Was going to do back today but i tweaked it playin hoops. I landed awkwardly and a few muscles in my back started to spasm. still happening now, so i'll postpone my back workout till tomorrow.

I decided to give a back workout a try even though i tweaked my back. I was hoping the workout would help relieve the spasm but it didnt work out the way i had planned. So i only got a few sets into the workout before i had to stop due to the spasms. Lately, I have been feeling a bit different, however im not sure if it has to do with ActivaTe or due to the BSN supps. Not sure what the connection is.

I get them frequently. I have been to doctors, physical therapists and they both had no idea what to do. I visit a chiropractor when they get bad. He calls it tight muscle syndrome. I have a few groups of muscles in my back that get very tight and painful. I also have plantar fasciitis in my left foot/calf. Hoiwever since i have been taking nitrix, ive noticed those muscles arent that tight and painful. Usually when i tweak my back i have a very hard time moving the first 2-3 days and after a week im back to normal. Today its not that bad and i can move much easier.

What are you using to reply to posts? Its not wrapping the words. You have to scroll a lot to see your entire conversation and it makes it tough to read.
