Thanks for the support.  I want to take it to the next level and whenever I've used your supps your always super supportive.  One of the many reasons I love Designer supps.  The main one being they actually work and work good!  Thats a rare thing these days.  Thank you.

Got antsy and took a dose before bed last night and one when I got up this morning.  I will go to wally world and get a tape to measure with.  Last night I felt dehydrated and woke up looking rather dry (as dry as I can at ~18% bf) and cant account for it any other way.  Does this stuff have a diuretic effect? Smile

Total stack:

Multi
Flax Seed Oil
Storm Creatine
NO - Xplode N.O.
Six Star Whey

I am familiar with all the effects of the above supps and will be able to easily disinguish what effects I gain from ActivaTe X.

I just got in a rather weak workout.  I lost an hour of sleep with the cable guy pounding down my door and I gotta work all night so I took it easy.

DB Squats (dont have a bar)

3x8 60,70,80 (yeah I know, weak, but just starting squats, gotta have good form!)

Tricep over the head extension thingys

5x8 30,35,40,40,35

Tricep Kick backs

2x8 35,35

Good workout intensity wise but gotta make it all night running around behind a bar and lugging kegs and cases of beer.  Gonna go to walmart soon and will post measurements when I get back.

I'm not sure if its psychosomatic but I've decided to go with 3 doses a day and my libido, after just 5 doses, is already improved.  I work with some extremely hot women and work was a bit more enjoyable than usual last night.  If this keeps up im gonna need bigger pants.  ha.  Smile

I feel totally recovered from my workout yesterday, usually any leg work leaves my legs in a tizzy for a good day or two but they have uttered zero complaints so far today.  I think the combination of the activate x and the storm is working very well together.  Gonna go hit up my chest and whatever else I feel like hitting after that.  I like to vary my workout as much as possible and tend to go with what my body tells me to work after hitting my goal body part.  Worked good so far.

Looks great so far.

How long you been playing the drums.  I played for about 6 years as a teenager but got away from it.

Just signed my son up for lessons-He is really into it

Probably 4 years now.  Been playing instruments since I was 12.  Drums are awesome!  My favorite instrument.

Yeah buddy!  Light weight!

Today was a great workout after having sunday off.

Bowflex Rows

2X10 @ 180
1x10 @ 200

Bent over Rows

1X10 @ 35
1x10 @ 40
1X10 @ 45

SLDL (still no bar, using DB's)

1X10 @ 70
1X10 @ 90

This is where it might get confusing.  I do what my body tells me.  I got a little workout demon inside me and I listen to it.

Squats

1X10 @ 60
1X10 @ 80

Standing Bi Curls

1X10 @ 30
1X10 @ 35

Hammers

1X10 @ 30
1X10 @ 35

15 minute Drummin session to DevilDriver and Skinless

This is the best workout (feeling wise) i've had since I started lifting again.  The storm is in full throttle mode as my muscles are full and hard as rocks and my weight is going up steady.  As soon as the full effects of the ActivaTe X kick in im gonna need bigger weights!

Todays workout was ok.  Didnt feel as pumped as yesterday.  I went for pure intensity today, fast explosive sets.  Normally I use slow controlled movements but switching it up is key!

Bowflex Bench Press

2X10 @ 180
1X12 @ 200

DB bench

1X10 @ 70 TW
1X10 @ 80 TW

Front Delt Raises

1X8 @ 30 AS
1X8 @ 35 AS
1X8 @ 40 AS

Side Delt Raises (apparently my side delts just cant keep up)

1X8 @ 30 AS
1X8 @ 22.5 AS
1X8 @ 25 AS

Rear Delt Raises

1X8 @ 30 AS
1X8 @ 35 AS
1X8 @ 40 AS

I couldnt pull out any military presses today.  My right tri was twingy and I didnt want to strain anything.

The only noticable effect I've gotten so far from ActivaTe X is increased libido... like... alot. Smile   And a mild raise in workout intensity.  Everything else is mostly the Storm up til' now.  I'm sure in a few days this will change.

Other then that im taking today off.  Im  noticing a distinct bulge in my shoulders and bi's and presence of less fat in my chest and on my legs.  So far so good.

I think my body is finally telling me to stop training so much.  I was out of the training loop for a good 7 months and just started working out again about 3 months ago...  I was hitting the weights 5-6 times a week and thought I was splitting up my muscle groups well enough but apparently not.  I'm gonna take a couple weeks and stick to cardio and compound movements spaced atleast 2 days apart.

Mon. Bench, military press

wed. SLDL, Rows

Friday. Squats

and get cardio in when I can.

I got favorable feedback on my improving physique today from my father.  I walk into the kitchen with my shirt off and the first thing he says to me is "well it looks like all those workouts are payin' off." and I felt great about that.  The fat is melting off my back and my legs very quickly.

I got in a good 35 minutes of  cardio today.  6 or so warmup on the devil machine and the rest on my drumset.  Im pouring sweat right now and am gonna hit the shower.

So far everythings workout out great.

Day 11.  Been listening to my body and letting it relax.  Gonna hit my chest and shoulders hard tomorrow.  My body needed a break.  So far so good!  Designer supps really do make superior products!  Smile

As an aside, due to my endormorphic tendencies and my current weight I am shifting my focus to pure cutting.  At 242 and 6' 3" at approximately 20% body fat, if I went down to 10 percent body fat I would be a lean mean 218.  I dont see any real benefit from bulking right now other than creating more muscle to burn the fat but I am looking to get into the best shape of my life, not to get the biggest.

Yesterday I did chest and shoulders, stuck to compound movements.

Bench
2X12 180
2X8 200

Military press
1X12 60
1X12 70
1X12 80

and 20 mins of cardio after

Today I did 30 minutes of cardio

My mood is improved and my stamina is going up steadily.
