Hi All, Found information about this Acia Berries the other day and noticed you can buy them in apill form and was wondering if anyone has used them before and if they are as great as what people are making them out to be? I heard they help with weight loss but also read that they help gain mucsle so was wondering if this was worth giving it a go/ Any advice on this would be great. Lee.

They are an anti-oxidant, like pomegranate or other berries. Pill forms may be more filler than Acai. If you can find the fruit, or juice you would probably be better off.

Thanks for the reply, I can get it in a juice form so if you think that will be a better option I'll try that. Thanks Again.
