(7/15/06) DAY 1: Took 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g) 45 minutes before my workout. i didn't notice a real difference in energy or anything, but it is only the first day. (7/16/06) DAY 2: Took same amount at same time before workout, except this time i saw noticable increases in energy and strength (maybe a coincidence?). today was chest and forearms day. the first thing i did was Dumbell flat bench. usually i use the 50's and 55's for 4 sets, but today they felt like nothing so i went up to 60's, then 65's, then 70's for 5 reps. HOLY S**T. i went up about 15 to 20 lbs.!! next was Dumbell incline bench. on this i usually use 45's and 50's for 3 sets. but again they felt like nothing so i went up to the 60's and got 4 reps, another big gain!! then i did 3 sets on the Hammer Strength Decline bench machine. on this i usually do like 180 for about 6 to 8 reps, but guess what hapened today, i was able to get 230lbs. for 5 reps. i wish i would have maxed out today! i will wait untill tommorow before i get to excited becus it may have been a combination of other factors. (7/17/06) DAY 3: took it at same time but upped the dose to 3/4 teaspoons (2.37g). but 4 sum reason i had normal...maybe even less energy!!! WTF! no weight increase or anything felt to tired to do cardio afterwards. o well i gonna keep trying. (7/18/06) DAY 4: again i took 1/2 teaspoon(1.58g) 45 minutes pre-workout. today was Arms day. i didn't have much of an energy increase or strength increase, so i'm thinking that day2 was just a combination of different things. but i did notice that i felt a little more focused on form. i felt like becus i was really focused on form that i had a greater pump and did more damage to the muscles. i was able to do 2 cycles of HIIT at the end. (7/19/06) DAY 5: I didn't go to the gym today but i took some ALCAR anyway. i'm noticing just a tiny bit less fat on my arms but no where else. i also noticed that there is more fat around my stomach/midesection. WTF?!! its almost as if its moving the fat from one place to another (i know thats impossible). although i did eat a big meal last night so it may be do to that.
