Absolved & Lipoderm

Twin Peak (or anyone else who would know): I have (as I'm sure many people do) both VAT and subcutaneous fat. The sub-q is primarily in my man-boobs area and my abdomen between my navel and my hips, and the VAT is basically in the entire abdominal area (this analysis brought to you be the ultra-scientific flex, poke, and see how far the finger sinks method of fat differentiation). Now I know that the Lipoderm line is for the sub-q fats, and ab-solved is for VAT, and that Avant recommends against using the two at the same time. So... would it be beneficial to do something along the lines of ab-solved four days a week (I feel VAT is a bit, ahem, larger issue for me right now), say Saturday - Tuesday, and Lipoderm the other three, or would it be more effective to stick to one product for a while (say the life of a bottle), then switch over to the other and so on? Also, any other advice for optimizing the effects of either product (besides run a caloric deficit and bust ass in the gym... I'm assuming those already).

I would either run one for two weeks and then switch, or alternate days. But the former will let you know which works better for you. As far as VAT, other useful things are fish oil, and SesaThin.
