Has anyone completed the abs diet? I just wanted to see if anyone has tried it and been successful with it. I am about to start it but I am pretty skeptical of the claims the author the makes. Any info would be appreciated

Abs Diet. The one from Mens Health? Its a collection of food and nutrition guidelines. I would suggest you save that money to get yourself supplements or just stick around here every day. You learn a lot from here. Come to think of it, everyone wants abs. These new books and products usually bring programs that are back to basics. So you're better off sticking around and learning the basics here...

Come to think of it, EVERYTHING is usually back to basics...

Yeah the abs diet is the diet created by the editor of Mens Health magazine, and the book claims you can lose up to 30 pounds while simultaneously adding muscle in six weeks. I really want to start it, but I became a vegetarian and the diet relies heavily on lean meats, eggs, and so on. So until I can figure out how to work around that, I will look around.
