Doing ab workouts every day might help with overall endurance but it will do nothing to make them bigger or show more. 1. If you want abs to show you need to have abs. Train them 2x a week some exercises with weight 2. Diet. In order for them to show you need a low percentage of body fat 3. Doing 1000 crunches a day will not accomplish what you want. Unless the goal is to do 1000+ crunches a day. Here's a typical ab routine: Hanging leg raises 3 sets, 15-25 reps Superset to: Hanging knee ups (bent-knee leg raises) 3 sets, 15-25 reps Incline Revere Crunches 3 sets, 15-25 reps Weighted Cable Crunches 3 sets, 10-25 reps
