Abs - Sunday, December 07, 2008 3:49 PM ( #1 )
How many crunches a day is a good ab day? Like how many should i do? I want to get a good looking 6 pack. What should i eat and what foods should i stay away from? Also, is it better to do more weight at less reps or less weight at more reps when doin crunches? What is the best protien shake to get while doing this?

Diet is key. Without a low enough BF % you will never see your abs. I like to switch it up, sometimes I do high reps and sometimes I do low reps with weight.

do planks, reverse crunches or hanging leg raises, then you have added benefict from compound movements, but the most important aspect is diet. I rarely train my abs directly and they are pretty nice
