Abs Crunch Machine - Saturday, November 04, 2006 6:36 AM ( #1 )
I use the Abs Crunch Machine to gain the most wanted six-pack and I have seen some improvement in a month.
Though yesterday one of my friends told me that the Abs Crunch Machine is not a good machine to get a six-pack because since you use your hands you are not working your Abs. So I would like to know if it is really a good machine or not, and if it is not than what is the best excercise to do.
Thanks everyone

Hi,

Most ab machines seem to do very little of what they promise. This is usually because these machines dont engage the muscles enough to actually produce results.

However, if you are seeing results with the crunch machine you have, stick with it for a while longer and see how it goes. If your body fat is low enough but you are still not seeing results, try some regular crunches and leg lifts instead.
