  Years ago I had broken my tailbone in a car accedent and when I try to do crunch's it becomes very painfull after several of them.
   Any suggestions if a Ab machine or somthing I could use to help me with this problem?

An ab machine may help but I think you may still find it a bit painful in that area. I do howver think its worth a go to see for yourself if this could be the answer!

Remember though that you could try performing other ab exercises. Leg lifts are very effective and twists can be pretty good as well.

Do you have access to a gym, or do you work out at home.

 I just recently got back to working out at home, after a Titanium plate and 8 screws in my back and the a torn rotator and 3 anchors there, Doc says im ready to get back into it except ive put on about 50lbs of body fat since then!
  I used to go to a gym but the crowd's not my type.
