A supplement for heavy labour? - Thursday, June 29, 2006 10:08 PM
Hey folks, I just got hired at a lumber mill and it sounds like it's a very physically demanding job. I was hoping to find a supplement that could help me stay productive and energetic for the 8 hour shift.

I was thinking about caffeine but I am very susceptible to it and have had problems with side effects in the past.

Currently taking
Whey Protein
Plain Creatine Mono
ZMA
Fatty Acids
Avaric3

ZMA
casein protein(before sleep, it keeps you more anabolic while you sleep)(some examples are, muscle milk, evopro, gnc pm protein)
