Breakfast: 8:30 - Usually 2 eggwhites with some turkey and a toast. My nitro tech shake and a half of an apple.
Snack 1: 10:30 - tuna sandwich
Preworkout--At 12.00 i finish the UNI and take the no-xplode-
--12:30:workout
Postworkout:--1:30: Finish workout and take cellmass
--2:00: "lunch" it can be, pasta, or chicken with rice and veggies etc...
Snack 2: 3:30 - tuna sandwich.
3:45: goin´to the UNI.

The problem is that i hace clases between 4:00 and 10 and i dont know what to eat betwen clases... -****suggestions please***
10:30 Dinner: it can be pasta, chiken, steak, veggies,fruit etc etc etc
Before Bed: 11:00: nitro-tech shake
