I am not a big fan of veggies so this is the salad I came up with for an after workout meal I can stand. .5 cup mushroom 1 cup chicken I heat the above and add to the below 2 cup lettuce 1 cup apple 299 calories 42.7g protien 4.8 g fat 21g carbs
