Anyone have any opinions on what you should be eating for breakfast to start the day off right?

Eggs are great. I personally like eating oats because it's easy to make and I'm really lazy in the morning.

Yes, eggs and oats, and I usually do fruit in the morning as well.

personally i HATE eggs with a passion, but if i mix them in with my blender i'll like them most likely.
So, I was thinking like some milk an egg, and a fruit like some strawberries or a banana? Would it also be smart to put a thing of yogurt in with it to help with the fruit?

 1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup milk
1/2 scoop protein powder.

Mix in a bowl, eat cold.

Takes me 90 seconds to prepare and eat this.

I make a shake, consisting of

2 cups milk
1 cup oats
1 scoop whey
1 large banana
2 tbsp peanut butter

It's about 1000 calories, but you can adjust the amounts to make it less if you need.  Plus it tastes orgasmic

Can't taste the whey though :(

Also, the bottom isn't so great because of oats IMO.

Always have a fruit for every meal btw. I'm sure MM will be fine, but it might not taste the best, but MM tastes great, so maybe.

To the OP, all your lifts are double mine, haha.

Indeed, you're the OP.

That looks pretty good, but what flavor is your MM? Might taste terrible.

The banana normally helps keep the oats from sinking, you arnt cooking the oats are you? and just dont let it sit for a long time and it wont sink, or use less liquid.
