A good Thermogenics - Sunday, June 20, 2004 7:17 PM
I am on my cutting diet and I want a really good thermogenic. I am taking Redline now, its ok, not really good for thermogenic purposes,but pretty good for energy. I just need to buy a good one so I can burn my FAT away!!!!!
Bench-305(5 partial reps)
Squat-450(4 reps)
deadlift-435(2-3 partials)
front squats- 225(6-8)
leg press-835(8reps)
at 19!

I use Thermo-Genesis (Red Caps) with a good Diet, good workout, cardio and seems to work well. Anyway i think that thermogenics products it's just a motivation question ...

Since the ban of Ephedra, most of the thermogenics formulas are combinations of herbal extracts to boost energy and try and naturally give you a metabolic boost. I've seen this topic numerous times and nobody has really found a product that does the same.

Best bet is to try something like Gorilla Cardio to burn off the fat.

Or check out Avant Labs as they specialize in fat burning type substances.

I am going to try Cytodyne's Xenadrine NRG and Syntrax Guggulbolic xtreme! I heard that was a good combo
