It came to me that I had an enormous amount of questions, so I hope you all can bare with me and answer what you are able to :). Anything answered is greatly appreciated btw.

1. When you split up different parts of your body for different days, is it better to do a all "upper body" one day, and a all "lower body" another, or better to mix them up? if it's better to mix it up then why?

2. On rest days, is it good to do Body Weight excersizes like pushup and pullups, or will that defeat the "resting" purpose. Is Cardio the only thing reccomended on days you do not lift?

3. Creatine vs. Musclemilk vs. Protein Shakes - Whats is the difference? And is it okay to do all?

4. How do you increase your vertical? Are their good excercise or what are the best ways?

5. If you bench press, is it better to do a few sets and reps of one excersize, or best do do all, I feel after I do one excercise I am to pooped to go ahead and try another. What do you think?

6. I've leanred from another thread that DB's help stabalizer muscles, while BB makes you bigger. Is it good to do both?

7. A teen I know in only a few months went from lifting mediocre to insane, in example he benched around 140lbs to 230lbs in only a few months? How is this achieved?

8. I have heard that the way Creatine works is that it holds water in your muscles and makes it bigger. If this is so, is sweating in the sauna after taking creatine a complete waste?

I know these are alot, but I think people would get annoyed if I made a bunch of threads for each one.

> Depends on days, for me i go chest, leg, bi (tri if time), shoulder, back>If you are only doing for three days it would probably be something like arm, leg, back/shoulder

> Don't do any exercises that will straing your muscles. Also, don't over-do the cardio.

> ug... never tried muscle milk. but ... google this one its long answer i am too tired.

> 3 sets of 8,6,4 on flat, up, down, fly

> No, holding in your muscles is different. its holding,  it isnt going anywhere while you are on the pill

Hey guys im new and i do need some help i have some questions 2 (im 15)

1. Is it good for me to take Protein & Cretine and how much?

2. I dont work out that much and that hurd, but im happy with my resolts, is it going to effect my growth, or eny thing else if i really get in to this?

3. What are the best supplements, and workouts?
