What is this? I' m just trying to find out more info on this. I' m not necessarily looking to take it but I have looked around, and haven' t found a lot of people who know what it is.. other then to say I could spend my money elsewhere.

Searched Bodybuilding.com forums and Par Dues (heard that name before a lot) had this to say about it:
