A Question - Friday, January 20, 2006 11:03 AM
Well I've been working out for a month now and I don't see a difference in the shape of my body, I asked my trainer how long it'll take to have a fit-shaped body, he said it would probably take 3 months, i don't believe him, so the question is, how long will it take for me to see even the slightest change in my body? Should I Take a daily suplement? and if i work out intenstly would i be short? Thnx...

There are alot of factors to this...like are you trying tolose weight?firm up?gain mass? what is your build like now? what type of training are you doing? how intense are you workouts? what is your diet like?

Umm...well this past month i've been working out intensly...i listen to what the trainer tells me to do, he even scheduled me a diet of what to eat, it consists of mostly protein. I am slightly slim but I still have some excess fat i want to lose...I follow the diet strictly and I am doing all the workout routines right, all i just want to know is how long itll take me to lose tht fat and strenghthen my muscles, i just need a general rough estimate

That is hard to answer, but you can lose 2 lbs per week safely, depends on your training and diet which is not detailed here.
