OK OK OK!!!!......first of all im really sry to ask this!!! i know there are a lot of threads abt a begginers diet etc.... but i confused reading all of them!!!!!!! so for the last time pls help.. basically....i have a gud shape but im really skinny.... so i want to increase my body size and flesh...and after i gain this ill resume my workouts.... so can any1 help me out? thankyou

If you eat a lot of bad foods, you'll gain more fat then you most likely want. If you do a clean bulk, which is having as much healthy food as you can get and not fast foods or processed foods, you'll gain more muscle and less fat than with a eat whatever diet.
