OK OK OK!!!!......first of all im really sry to ask this!!!
i know there are a lot of threads abt a begginers diet etc....
but i confused reading all of them!!!!!!!
so for the last time pls help..
basically....i have a gud shape but im really skinny....
so i want to increase my body size and flesh...and after i gain this ill resume my workouts....

so can any1 help me out?

what is your diet like?  YOu need to eat good clean whole foods frequently, or you won't grow!

If you eat a lot of bad foods, you'll gain more fat then you most likely want. If you do a clean bulk, which is having as much healthy food as you can get and not fast foods or processed foods, you'll gain more muscle and less fat than with a eat whatever diet.
