AST Multi Pro 32x

Has anyone tried this before?

I'm thinking of ordering it and getting it shipped to where I live (If I order 2, it'll cost me like $30AU for one bottle is pretty good still). But I'm just a bit iffy with some of the dosages, for example there's alot of Vitamin A (10,000IU). The RDA recommends 1000IU, althought I know the RDA is alot of crap, as it doesn't take effect into account of the those in sports+bodybuilding etc, but 10,0000IU seems alot and especially for someone like me who has a small built.
