apologies for the doule post with the supp page, but i thought as im a teenager i mares well post this her, and may well get some differing responses. k basicly... im 16 yrs old and am looking to build muscle. i dont mind bulking up with a bit of fat to but primarily im looking to solely build muscle. currently im just on multi vit, cod liver oil, protien shakes, ie the more natural, not perticularly exciting supps. I want to experiment a bit during the summer but my number 1 concern is my long term health. I dont care enough about building in the present if taking the supp with jeopordise my health in later life! When im taking these supps, ie during the summer, ill be on 5 meals per day, working out 5 times per week. iv put a list of the most common supps down below, please advise me by voting on which you think it is safe, and would be successful for a 16 year old to be on. thanks for your time! ps any advice on combining these supps, or on any that arent on the list, please post below.
