Hmm, what is a good eating regimen for the experienced beginner? Please try to stay off recomending protien supplements, I do not have the time to go out and buy them or the money to do so. Eggs are not a problem, and I also work in a cafeteria ( rrr, pizza makes you fat ... ^_^ ), so I have high access to meats and vegetables for free, but I want to know what I should eat. I think my resting metabolic rate is about 1800-2000 calories. ^_^ Help is good, people here are nice... ^_^
