Bought this stuff the other day and I like it alot. Takes a little while to kick in, but starts to work right when I need it. Kicks in right as I begin to do cardio. I stack AMP with this stuff called CortiZene or something like that just for the caffeine, Epedrine, and an Aspirin. I have read some reviews on 1Fast400.com and many people also say that it takes a little while for this product to kick in. I don't really need to kick in when i'm lifting because I have all those other products flowing through my blood stream. The energy last, I would say, a good 3 hours (thats during and after cardio). All and all, a good product if u need something to help with cardio after a lift.
