All i did was isolation and every time a posted my workouts I was always informed to do a full body workout so here you go. I am still skinny around 5'7, 145 pounds, 12-13 % fat. I eventually want to be 165 lbs than start cutting.
I got some tips from the Bill Star's workout
Monday Bench 5X5 ( ramping weights , final set go max of 5 reps)
Barbell Row 5X5 ( ramping weights , final set go max of 5 reps)
Tuesday Plyos, Squats, Deadlifts abs
Wednesday OH Press 4X5 (ramping weights , final set go max of 5 reps)
Face Pulls 3 X 8 (max weight till failure)
Biceps Curl 3 X 8 (max weight till failure)
Skull Crushers (EZ Bar) 3X8 (max weight till failure)
Thursday Plyos, Squats, Deadlifts, abs
Friday Bench 6 Sets (ramping weights) 4X5 1X3 1X8
Barbell Row 6 sets (ramping weights)
Dips 3/ 12, 10, 8
