ALL COMPOUND- gettin' big - Thursday, April 30, 2009 6:03 PM ( #1 )
All i did was isolation and every time a posted my workouts I was always informed to do a full body workout so here you go. I am still skinny around 5'7, 145 pounds, 12-13 % fat. I eventually want to be 165 lbs than start cutting.
I got some tips from the Bill Star's workout

Monday
Bench 5X5 ( ramping weights , final set go max of 5 reps)
Barbell Row 5X5 ( ramping weights , final set go max of 5 reps)

Tuesday
Plyos, Squats, Deadlifts abs

Wednesday
OH Press 4X5 (ramping weights , final set go max of 5 reps)
Face Pulls 3 X 8 (max weight till failure)
Biceps Curl 3 X 8 (max weight till failure)
Skull Crushers (EZ Bar) 3X8 (max weight till failure)

Thursday
Plyos, Squats, Deadlifts, abs

Friday

Bench 6 Sets (ramping weights) 4X5  1X3 1X8
Barbell Row 6 sets (ramping weights)
Dips 3/ 12, 10, 8

anything to add?  what's missing?

Lol where are squats and deads.
Goals by end of 2009:
Bench 205
Squat 255 ATG
Squat Clean 185

you wont be able to deadlift and squat twice in three days, mate. once a week is more than enough.
Bench Press Max - 170kg @ 100kg
Squat Max - 220kg @100kg
Deadlift Max - 275kg @100kg

Weight - 90kg

I have to agree re the deads and squats, you would be dead brother!   Also appears that you don't have enough shoulder exercises?

I follow a routine for squats and deads. Its a vertical jump program. They told me to rest 2 days between workouts but friday I don't have time

so add more shoulder workouts?
okay i can maybe do shoulder, biceps and triceps on saturday

I don't see how this is a full body routine? And it is not all compound either.

i do monday - chest, tue - lats, wed - bi + tri, thu - squats, fri-abs n forearms, sat - cardio, sun - off.

im also doing a full body thing :D

a full body routine is working the full body each day. Example...
Monday- bench, barbell rows, squats, OH press
wed- incline bench, lunges, deadlifts,
friday-bench , squat, pullups, military press.
 
you work each muscle group each time you lift= full body routine
