Hi, i need advice on the use of pro hormones. Im 16 years old and I play AAA hockey in manitoba and I need to know wether or not i should use pro hormones. I was drafted to the Western Hockey League and i want to get alot stronger and also gain about 15-20 lbs. I work out everyday as well as play hockey 5-6 times a week. I have been  working out for the past 8 months and i havent had any real gains in size or weight. My bench press has improved about 100lbs and my squat improved about 150 lbs.. When i started i was 6 foot 187lbs. and now 8 months later im 6'1 192lbs. Ive been taking C4 with the detonator by forever fit as well as muscle juice(weight gainer) but it doesnt seem to be working. My goal is to be about 205 or 210 lbs by may or june. If anyone has advice on either a better creatine and weight gainer or suggestions for pro hormone use it would be greatly appriciated!!

I haveAdvice to you don't use prohormones you body has not even stop growing yet. I would not suggest prohormones to anyone less than 30 years old. At only 16 you are asking for all kinds of problems like liver damage, and kidney problems as well.

If you would like, you can give me a detailed copy of your diet, workout, calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat intake.
A photo of you and your heigh and weight and I will make up a workout that will give you results. Or you can choose not to, but what ever you do, don't start on prohormones  yet you have too much growing naturally ahead of you!

Cool, another person from manitoba, canada. I have been through the ranks like you are now, and don't bother with pro hormones. You are a big boy already, and why do u want to gain so much weight, it will make you slow. You should weigh about 200, and you have plenty of time to fill out, you are young still.

I am going on muscle juice, and gonna bulk up to 170. That stuff will work, just give it time, and make sure you are eating enough. I have taken the entire line of BSN and don't think the stuff is worth the money. If i were you, i would keep taking muscle juice, and buy some udos oil and workout 3 times a week with weights.

Hockey is very demanding on your body. I use to play and i remember how demanding it is. So gaining mass while playing 5-6 times a week is most likely not going to happen. Strength will happen, as you have stated. During the off season will be the best time to gain mass.

Pro hormones will be extinct soon as there are better supplements out there that are safer and work with your own testosterone.

However at your age, i dont recommend pro hormones or other supplements that work with natural test. You already have enough to grow with. 100lbs for bench and 150lbs for squat in 8 months? These gains are good.

I have estimated that your daily caloric expenditure to be 4000 - 4500 calories a day. This is based on your bodyweight being 205 and your cardiovascular exercise 1 to 1 1/2 hours per day 6 times a week. Since you have only gained 5 lbs in 8 months, my guess is your not getting enough calories per day. Write down what you eat and you will get a better understanding of where you stand.
