ABS routine and tips ?

hey everyone, It would be awesome to get some training tips for abs and if possible a routine to get defined abs. I know that your diet has a big part to play in the definition of your abs because the less fat the more visible your abs become, so a diet plan would be good too! I am not really skinny but am not fat, weighing 78 kgs (172 lbs) and i am 187cm (6"1), I have 14% body fat content also. Thanks!!

Do hanging leg extensions. Hold on to the pull up bar and then bring your legs parrallel to the ground. This could be hard on your hangstrings if they are tight so if the are just bend your knees up to your chest. It will be easier but just do more then. This hits the lower abs which are always the last abs to appear.
Sometimes you just gotta go out there and get it done, You know.. Give Er
