ABS routine and tips ?

hey everyone, It would be awesome to get some training tips for abs and if possible a routine to get defined abs. I know that your diet has a big part to play in the definition of your abs because the less fat the more visible your abs become, so a diet plan would be good too! I am not really skinny but am not fat, weighing 78 kgs (172 lbs) and i am 187cm (6"1), I have 14% body fat content also. Thanks!!

IMO dedlifts and squats are the best exercises for building abs Try to eat whole foods (things with one ingredient) eg. chicken, steak. tuna vegetables, fruits and drink heaps of water.
Pain is weakness leaving the body

Some planks and crunches can also help.
