A question about protein help needed

A question about protein help needed - Monday, May 11, 2009 4:03 AM ( #1 )
hi guys i hope i am in the right place i am a girl i am 23 train 3 to 4 times in the gym and my aim is the perfect body lol, any way i am 5.5 i am 10 stone 10 at the mo and i wanto lose a bit more body fat i bought protein yesterday its that reflex instant whey i am going to use it as a meal replacment take one in the morning and one at lunch then eat a healthy dinner,
 
but a few people are telling me it will help me tone and lose weight where others are saying it will make me fat ! i am going on holiday in less than 2 weeks and i dont want to put any weight at all on!! anyone know if this will put weight on me?
 
i am using one scoop mixed with 300ml of 1 milk !

If you are training 3 to 4 days a week, and taking 1 shake a day i wouldnt worry. The only way you would put fat on is by not training, taking the shakes and having a crap diet, but from what yoy say, thats not likely to happen.
 
Are you doing cardio and weight training? If you are incorporating weight training (which i'd reccomend) then you will gain a little muscle (in 2 weeks) but you will loose fat more than anything. Just stick to the lower weights, high repetitions.
