A landing page and more content please

Could you create a landing page with news, articles, pictures and videos? Then a button to point to forums? There seems to be less and less posts everyday here. Or at least add a bar like this?

A great idea but entirely beyond my scope at the moment. You are looking for a full featured website with daily updates and "other" content than simply a forum piece. It makes a lot of sense.

Why though? This is a forum... it's not a news/articles/pictures/videos site. People come here because it's a forum.
