ORIGINAL: SkellorX 1)Is there any exercise that helps lift the little pouch or hangova stomach.... 2)Um i heard it is usual for one side of the body to be larger than the next....this is true? 3)If you lift hard on a cut and eat clean do u still need cardio? 1) not really fat is generally deposited on the abdomen first and the only way to get rid of it is to lose it. 2)Usually your dominant side is stronger, this can be alleviated by using more freeweight dumbbell exercises 3)I personally don't do cardio and i am on a bulk. As for cardiovascular health lifting heavy with compounds will be enough in that regard. For losing weight i would do some cardio along with heavy lifting and a clean diet
