A critque my lift sub-section - Saturday, July 19, 2008 12:54 PM ( #1 )
Ok we have a critque my training, which in my eyes is focused more on your training routine.

we have a diet section where people get critiques on their diets.

and we have a critique my body section, which speaks for itself.

Nothing major, but I think we should implement a sub forum, maybe in the critique my training section that is purely videos of members performing a lift. or videos of how to perform a lift correctly.

I see this would be helpful in 2 ways.

first, more experienced members and knowledgeable people could post themselves or links of how to properly perform a lift and it be nicely in one spot on the forums.

and second, just a whole section dedicated to helping others perfect their lifts by critiques.

Stickies would obviously be how to perform big compounds correctly for example.

I know we kind of already do some of that, but I think it would be much more beneficial and more easily accessible all in one spot.

just a thought.

I think a better idea would be a sticky in the training section with a compilation of different lifts and how to do them correctly.

I think a form check section is a good idea
