Hello Everyone I would like to take this chance to introduce myself as I think this forum is really going to be a great help to me in reaching my goals. I am 26 years old. I have always really been interested in fitness and body building and this comes from going to a competition when I was 16 years old. It was amazing to see the figures on the women and I hold the highest respect for the hard work and dedication it takes to reach even an ok standard. I currently weigh about 126Ibs, I am 5'6. Because I have always one to the gym I would describe myself as muscular in the respect you can tell I go to the gym but I would really like to take things to the next level. I want the definition and I know my major downfall is that im not to experienced in the nutrition side of things. Well thats just about enought from me but a BIG hello to everyone. Thanks Linzi
