Hi, im 16 years old and im 5"8 i weigh around 55 - 60KG / 120 lbs and my build is skinny
Im looking mainly to tone my body; in particular my chest / upper body and abs with the incentive to also bulk up in size
I dont have a gym membership as i have a personal gym at home which was recently purchased
It includes:
- Weight Bench Press 30 kg / 65 lb Weights
- Multi Gym
What im ideally looking for a is a weekly routine,
- How many days a week to train starting from monday running through the week
- What excersises to do for the results mentioned above, how many reps / sets etc.
Im also modifying my diet in that i am going to increase what i eat, again for the criteria mentioned i would essentially like to know how many meals a day i need to have and what times to have them at, know what to pack for school carbs, protein etc.
