Ok, I' m trying to get bigger, but I don' t want to go full blown with steroids, but I would like to get a jump on things. I' ve hit a peak and cannot seem to get any bigger/ripped/stronger and was just wondering if these two products (A-100 and Estrodex by S.A.N.) were even worth trying out? If someone could respond that would be awesome!! If you wouldn' t mind, it would be easier to get your thoughts via e-mail. [link=]jguille@bgnet.bgsu.edu[/link]
Also, I was wondering what kind of a good workouts to do throughout the week so I could vary things up a bit.
I do chest monday, bi' s or back tuesday, wednesday-leg day blah, thursday shoulders, friday either tri' s or bi' s togehter or tri' s alone, and pending on what i did tuesday I do back on saturday. I also run on tuesday/thursday/some times on the weekends.

I' d really encourage you to register so that the entire community can learn from any transactions and experiences that might be discussed. Taking things offline one-on-one doesn' t really benefit others if they have a similar or the same question.

Not sure about the A-100 and Estrodex questions. That sounds like a pro-hormone type supplement.

However, the second part of your question in terms of sprucing things up can be summed up in one word " MAX-OT."

It' s a really nice program done by AST for people who want to train heavy, keep the workouts short and are looking to gain muscle. Of course, it' s one of many programs but it' s free, I' ve been using it with much success and so I' m just stating my opinions. Maybe others will have better recommendations.

Check out the MAX-OT Program from AST. You might find it interesting. It might give you some ideas to change things up a bit.

I' ll see what else I can dig up on Estrodex and A-100 and post them here if I find some good information for you. Smile

ESTRODEX - AROMATASE INHIBITOR

Estrodex is an " anti-e" . I don' t know much about this product but anti-e' s are, like there name, intended to lower estrogen levels, while, possibily increasing testosterone levels.

Whether estrodex works, I don' t know I have seen no feedback on it. That said, there is plenty of excellent feedback on 6-oxo by ergopharm. I would go with this if seeking an anti-e. Pat Arnold has done an in vitro human study with it. The results were something like this:

- 20% reduction in E levels
- T levels doubled

A-100 is SANs version of 4-diol. 4-diol is a good prohormone that is not terrible bioavailable in oral form. It has frequently been put in various gels with great success. I have seen decent feedback on this product, but there are better orals out their (Molecular Nutrition comes to mind) and the better gels, to the extent they are still available are even better.

Another product one would consider would be Ergo' s 1ad which converts to the steroid 1-Testosternoe. 1-Test itself is a legal suppement and SAN (the T-100), molecular and others make such products.

Indeed 1-Test and 4-diol are good to stack together as they have synergistic properties.

ALL THAT SAID, I will stress that these are not your " average" supplements, and you should do a great deal of research, BEYOND THIS, before experimenting. They WILL EFFECT (albeit temporarily) your endogenous hormone levels.

As well, you seem to be fairly new to the training world, if that is true, I would caution you away from PH use, until you are closer to your genetic potential.

Oh, one last comment on MAX-OT. Its a decent program to periodize with once and a while.

However, they do make a lot of bullshit claims with respect to its efficacy and potency, as well as to how the body responds to varies stimuli So, try the program if you like, take their statements with more than a grain of salt.
