ok. go to wally world, pick up a pack of yellow corn tosatada shells. grab an onion, tomato, black beans , brown rice, chicken, lean (90/20) beef or turkey if you want and maybe some 2% shredded cheese. your choice of condiments. your choice of meat. cook it all up all yummy like. i use olive oil to make sure it's not dried out and a little bit of water once it's started cooking. i like to use garlic and onion for my turkey or beef along with some spices like pepper or hot sauce. for chicken, i like to use garlic and herbs, maybe some lemon pepper or frank's hot sauce. i put the meat on the tostada first. throw on those black beans. maybe some lettuce and cheese. so good! one of my favorite meals!

that sounds good. I like tostadas. I make mine with shrimp. I boil shrimp mix it with pico de gallo (basically a chunky salsa I make) and add chunks of avocado. Mix it. Spoon it on top of a tostada. lotsa lime lotsa hot sauce on top. good stuff.

pico de gallo you google it.... the way I make it chop tomatoes, onions, cilantro, chiles (jalapeños). It is basically a chunky salsa. All the ingredients are raw. SOMETIMES a splash of clamato SOMETIMES chopped cucumber I mix all the veggies then add the avocado then shrimp--the shrimp is boiled.

I will tell you how I prepare avocados. depends on the avocodos and are u using lemon or something? it should not be bitter. avocados with the rough dark skin taste better than the avocados with the light green smoothe skin.

peel avocado and mush it with fork add chopped scallions, jalapeños, cilantro some salt, cayenne pepper, or I mix avocados with chopped cabbage, scallions, and cilantro, and some salt. Sometimes I add a pico de gallo with avocadoes When I have time I just put things together in the kitchen so I don’t end up eating the same stuff.
