My eight pack is coming in and I have been doing weighted leg lift 20 x 3. Then I do weighted reverse crunches 20 x 3. Then I do seated cable crunches for my upper abs only. It's working great. I've had alot better luck since I started doing the lower ab stuff first... I think lower abs are the harder to build so it makes sense to do them first. Andy... your old picture you had under your name was SOOOO much better. God, I don't want to see that... lol.
