My six is visible 6 pack. the lines separating the abs are visible enough. The problem is though i developed the muscles for an 8 pack and i can see signs but only on one side. The left side is becoming Visible and the right side is not. Also i know i have alow enough bodyfat cos it is 7% and i eat the right sort of food with good nutritional value. Can anyone recommend any exercises i can perform to help. I also have just purchased a decline bench. Is it useful enough to sort out the problem ?

get yourself some dumbells, and do leg lifts. start out with 5s, then go up to 12s when you get stronger, so on.

all you gotta do is lay on the floor, wrap the db with something soft like a small towel or something and put the db between your feet and lift away. you might wanna do it your head by your bed so you can hold on to the bed(or anything that can hold your bodyweight without raising.

you dont need any benches like everyone says, floor is great. carpet.

I go about 3 sets of 10-12 reps with 25lbs db's right now, I do the leg lifts last, after all the other exercises.

My whole ab routine is mixed with my cardio for now. I start out with Shadow Boxing, then go for Heavy Bag, after that Jump Rope, then I start the ab routine. **my abs are already exausted from shadow boxing.

Would using a stationary bike help in losing bodyfat?
