Hey guys. Firstly i wouldn't consider myself a begginer since i've been gg to the gym for a while now. However i've been finding it difficult to cut down on fat or rather size. Some ppl tell me i should eat 3 meals a day and nothing in between while others tell me 6 per day small amounts. However, i would like to ask how small are the 6 meals? A few slices of bread for the 2 , 4 and 6th? how about the breakfast lunch and dinner?

Anyone out there with info pls help me out.

P.S. i've looking at menshealth for their 6 times a day meals however its not convenient for me since i'm still schooling.
