6 Man Football next year

I know its different then normal 11 they say its more of speed then anything. I need some help here on this i want to be on the team i know i can make it are coach is hard but its a good thing. But we all have 2 jobs Offence and Defence every man has to do both. And well im stuck on what should i do for my size and work-out this summer for next year being my Junoir year i want to make it fun and do what i can for my team and friends.
