I have read about good ways to increase your power/maxes...and the 5x5 comes up a lot. Now would this be a good work-out to do for all body parts - push, pull, legs, abs, etc... Or are some parts better not to do for "power" but more for building or stamina? Ideas or thoughs welcome... David
