I am not sure anyone know for sure what he did, but celebreties have people that are paid to help him make sure he looks that way.
You can accomplish this with the usual forms of hard work and diet.

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere that he doens't drink, do drugs or shag anything that moves anymore. While his lyrics suggest otherwise he also raps that he's gotten his head screwed on properly now and has devoted himself to making the $$$ rather than giving in to temptation.
Looking forward to seeing Fiddy in Sydney next year.

And I'd say genitics played a role in 50's gains.
He probally just drinks, smoke, have sex and lift every day. Im sure he had good genetics, wouldn't be suprized if he took steroids, this is the same guy that used to sell crack for a living.
when artists stop doing drugs they usually arent as good as before.
and J lux to built up :S ide have 50's body over his any day
