The link isn't working for me, but martial arts is a lifelong passion and as you get older, you should be more deadlier because you have been practicing the same techniques for years and can do it in a heartbeat. Helio Gracie, the current Grandmaster of Brazilian jiu-jitsu is in his nineties I believe and he can still beat just about anyone he faces.
