i've been workingout 5 day's a week this week does any body else do this i usually go heavy mon lighter tues heavy wed an so on what are your thoughts on this

You sure did leave a lot for the imagination here... details are usually a good idea.

I work out 5 days a week because I do single muscle groups on each day and every day is heavy with low reps then ill take one week and drop down weights and boost up my rep numbers. Theres an equation for this that I use but cant remember exactly. Anyway, after that week I come back to the heavy lifting and either move up weight or feel very compfortable doing the old weight. and yea Nomoneys right some more details would be good
