5 day work out?
-

( #1 )
Anyone have any good work out plans? I work at a hotel gym so I am going to be here 5 days a week so what would be the best way to get big / ripped? I am not new to working out (long history of mma) but I am new to lifting weights (properly). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah I will be leaving to the army in a month or so, a work out plan that will also get me ready for basic training. Thanks.

If it is a hotel gym then it probably lacks a squat rack. Go find one.

If your going in the Army...Just start doing sit-ups, push-ups and anything cardio. Oh!, you may just want to start sleeping outside.

Lol, yeah I do sit ups and push ups but I still wanna get big and just sit-ups and push-ups wont get me there. I herd that it is possible to dead lift instead of squats? What do you guys think about that???? Just untill I get to use the base gym (im sure they will have a squat rack) And I still need a good workout plan like what workouts to do during each day for a five day plan. I have tryed looking for one but only find three day plans, is three days better? Sorry so many questions lol

Safety is your main concern in training. You don't want to squat without a squat rack bro.
