I wouldn't recommend starting the week off with shoulders, I would start with legs or chest, personally.

DB Shoulder Press
DB Lateral Raise
BO Lateral raise
Shrugs

^ Fixed.

Tuesday Back/Abs
Crunch
Ab roller Wheel
Dead Lift
Bent over DB rows

You'll need a vertical pull.

Deadlift
DB Rows
Pullups/Pulldowns

^ Fixed.

Wednesday Chest
BP Flat
BP Inclined
BP Declined
DB Flyes Flat

This is fine.

Thursday Legs
Calf raises
Lunges
Squats

Squats
Lunges
Stiff-leg deadlifts
Calf Raises

Friday Arms
Skull Crushers
Tricep Kickbacks
Wrist Curl DB Palms down
Wrist Curl Plate palms up
Barbell Curl 21’s
Concentration Curl

Way too much volume

Skull Crushers
Triceps Extensions
BB 21's
Concentration curls
Reverse grip curl

Fixed.

Thanks for the response...

I will definitely make the changes. Also what is a BO Lateral Raise?

As far as rear Delts go I forgot to add "rear deltoid flyes."

BO Lateral raises are for the rear delts. You bend over and do a reverse fly, probably what you're talking about.

If your anterior delt develops and you neglect to provide direct stimulus to your posterior delt, your shoulder griddle will pull forward resulting in a shoulder imbalance (rounded shoulders) and potential rotator cuff injuries.

Which is why when I see those routines that don't involve benching/rowing, I know it's something that should be avoided.
